GLUTEN FREE WRAPS HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

True Foods gluten free wraps are supplied frozen to ensure you receive the freshest and softest wraps possible.

 

Our handling instructions are as follows:
 

1. Thaw required packets, allowing up 2 hours defrosting time per packet of wraps.
    

2. Once thawed store remaining wraps in the refrigerator only and use product within 5 days.
    

3. Once opened ensure that the packet is properly resealed to prevent remaining wraps from drying out. .
    

4. For best results heat the wrap in a sandwich press for 5 seconds prior to adding filling and rolling.
    

5. To avoid gluten cross contamination place wrap between 2 sheets of aluminum foil.
    

6. Once warmed through, fill and roll the wrap in aluminum foil.
